Will callers know they're speaking with an AI?
Yes. Every call starts with a short AI disclosure, as Article 50 of the EU AI Act requires, and it can't be switched off. If recording is on, callers hear that in the greeting too.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your number and forward calls to Voxiora: always, only when the line is busy, or when nobody picks up. The dashboard shows the codes for your phone.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans end with the current billing period. There are no setup fees and no long contracts.

FAQ
Questions about plans and billing
How are minutes counted?
By the time your assistant spends on calls, in 30-second steps: each started half minute counts. Test calls in the browser during the trial use the 30 trial minutes.
Is a card required to start the trial?
Not to build and test the assistant in your browser. A card is needed only if you want a real phone number during the trial (from €6 a month). When you choose a plan, the number is included and the unused part of that fee is credited.
Can I move to a different plan?
Yes, in either direction at any time. An upgrade takes effect immediately and is prorated; a downgrade starts with the next billing period.
Do unused minutes roll over?
Plan minutes renew every billing period and do not roll over. Top-up minutes remain available for as long as your plan is active.
Is a phone number part of the plan?
Yes. Every plan includes at least one local number and the larger plans include several. You can also keep your current number and forward calls to Voxiora.
What changes with yearly billing?
You pay twelve months in advance and get two of them free compared with monthly billing. Minutes still renew every month.
