How it works

From website to working front desk in about five minutes.

Paste your address, let Voxiora draft the assistant, talk to it in the browser and forward your calls. No onboarding call, no consultants.

Your website

https://
Create my assistantReading 11 pages…
  1. Step 1

    Enter your website address

Voxiora reads your public pages, from services and prices to opening hours, people, locations and FAQs, and organises them into a knowledge base.

    • Any website builder works
    • Upload PDFs or notes later
    • Nothing is live until you say so
  2. Step 2

Your assistant is written for you

You get a greeting in your tone with the required AI disclosure, call instructions, booking rules and the knowledge base. Edit any of it in plain language.

    • Pick a name, voice and languages
    • Set hours and transfer rules
    • Connect Google Calendar
  3. Step 3

    Try it in the browser

Press the microphone and call the assistant the way a customer would. Ask the tricky questions, tell it what to change, try again.

    • 30 free trial minutes
    • No card needed
    • A transcript of every test
  4. Step 4

Choose a plan and get a number

Pick a plan and a local number is assigned immediately. Prefer your current number? Forward it to Voxiora with the codes further down this page.

    • Local numbers in many countries
    • Your current number keeps working
    • Forwarding codes for your phone
  5. Step 5

Let it work, read the summaries

Every call is answered, logged and summarised. Voxiora spots gaps in its knowledge from real conversations and proposes additions for you to approve.

    • Summaries by email, Slack or CRM
    • Call history and recordings
    • Knowledge that improves with approval

The technology

Why the calls sound natural

  • Natural voices

Neural voices with natural rhythm and intonation. Choose the one that suits your business.

  • Answers without awkward pauses

Speech is recognised and generated as a stream, so replies typically come in under a second.

  • Callers can interrupt

As with a person, the caller can cut in at any moment; Voxiora stops, listens and carries on from there.

  • Language detected on its own

The caller's language is recognised from the first sentence and the conversation switches without any menu.

  • Copes with background noise

Understands callers driving, walking down a busy street or standing on a building site.

  • Sticks to your facts

Answers only from your knowledge, never makes up a price and hands over to a person when it should.

Forwarding

Your number stays. The calls are forwarded.

Dial one of these codes on your mobile to choose when Voxiora answers, replacing “number” with your Voxiora number. Most mobile networks accept these standard GSM codes; landlines and phone systems have their own forwarding settings.

CodeVoxiora answers
**21*number#Every call, straight away
**61*number#When you don't answer (after roughly 20 seconds)
**67*number#When you are already on a call
**62*number#When your phone is switched off or out of coverage
**004*number#No answer, busy and unreachable combined
##002#Removes every forwarding rule

Some carriers charge for forwarded calls. In your dashboard the codes appear with your number already filled in.

Trust

European rules, from the first ring

Callers trust you with their voice and their details. Voxiora is built to keep that trust.

  • Hosted in Frankfurt

  • GDPR from the start

Only the data the call needs, with export or deletion on request.

  • DPA in every plan

A data processing agreement comes with each plan, ready to download.

  • AI disclosure on every call

Each call starts by saying it's an AI assistant, in line with Article 50 of the EU AI Act.

  • Recording is your call

Switch recording on or off; when it's on, callers hear so in the greeting.
