From €49 a month on yearly billing. With monthly billing the four plans cost €59 to €339 a month excluding VAT and include 400 to 3,000 minutes; an extra 100 minutes cost €15. There is no setup fee, and the 14-day trial includes 30 free minutes.
Can an AI answer the phone for a business in several languages?
Yes. Voxiora handles calls in English, Polish, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch. It recognises the caller's language from the first sentence and switches on its own, even halfway through the call.
Is an AI receptionist allowed under GDPR and the EU AI Act?
Yes, when it is set up transparently. Voxiora opens every call with an AI disclosure that cannot be switched off, stores data in Frankfurt, includes a data processing agreement in every plan and lets the business decide on recording and retention.
